Tiny Humans, Big Emotions: As parents, our children’s big emotions often hit right on our trigger buttons. What was meant to be a cozy family moment can suddenly feel chaotic. We may find ourselves slipping into survival mode, repeating what our parents did, or desperately trying to do the opposite, while still wondering if we’re “getting it right.”

The truth is, our little ones live mostly in their emotional brain. When we meet them with presence, compassionate listening, and empathy, we build a relationship that lasts far beyond the toddler years. In this circle, we’ll explore how to navigate the storms of our children’s feelings without losing our own ground.

Together, we’ll share stories and reflections, and learn practical ways to respond with connection instead of control. This is not about fixing behavior, but about discovering the deeper relationship available to us, even in the hardest moments.

This class is intented for parents with children ages 0 - 6 yo.
