IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS OF ENTRY
Children and parental supervision
All children under 18 must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over. That adult must remain on the premises and supervise the children in their care throughout the event, including on bouncy castles and around activity equipment.
Tiny Dancers and Tithe Farm staff do not provide childcare or individual supervision. Please stay close enough to monitor your children’s behaviour, help them follow safety instructions and intervene when necessary. This is a family event, not a drop-off childcare service.
This responsibility sits alongside the organisers’ and equipment operators’ own duties to operate and supervise activities safely.
Santa visits and gifts
Each ages 2–11 child ticket includes one Santa visit and one gift. This also applies to discounted members’ child tickets.
Under 2s can attend the event free of charge without a Santa visit or gift. If you would like your child under two to see Santa, please purchase the £5 Under-2s Santa Ticket instead of the free entry ticket. This includes one Santa visit; a gift is not included.
General Admission tickets for adults and children aged 12 and over do not include a Santa visit or gift.
Please follow the queuing arrangements and any allocated visit times. Gifts may vary.
Tickets and wristbands
Please select the correct ticket for each attendee’s age on the event date. Every accompanying adult needs their own General Admission ticket.
Have your tickets ready for checking on arrival. Eligible child ticket holders will receive a wristband identifying their entitlement to a Santa visit and, where included with their ticket, a gift. Wristbands must not be shared or transferred.
Members’ tickets
A valid Tithe Farm membership card must be shown when purchasing discounted tickets at the club and presented with the discounted tickets on arrival. If membership cannot be verified, the relevant standard-price difference may be payable before entry.
Bouncy castles and equipment
All attendees must follow staff instructions, displayed safety rules and the equipment operator’s restrictions, including age, height, capacity and suitability limits.
Children must wait their turn and use only equipment suitable for them. Rough play, pushing, fighting, somersaults and climbing on inflatable walls are not permitted. Shoes, food, drinks and sharp items must be kept off inflatables. Follow the operator’s instructions about glasses and other personal items.
The 360 video booth must be used only as directed by its operator. Keep clear of moving equipment and remain within the designated area.
Staff may stop an activity or restrict access where necessary for safety. Admission does not override individual equipment restrictions, and queues may apply.
Health, accessibility and incidents
Please tell the activity operator about any relevant injury, medical condition or additional need before participating. Do not use equipment where its restrictions make it unsuitable for you or your child. Contact the organisers before booking if you need to discuss access or support requirements.
Report any accident, injury, hazard or damaged equipment to a member of staff immediately.
Responsibility and liability
Active play involves risks, including slips, trips, falls and collisions. Attendees must take reasonable care, follow safety instructions and supervise children in their care.
Tiny Dancers, Tithe Farm Sports & Social Club and activity providers remain responsible for their own legal duties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Personal belongings
Please keep personal belongings secure. The organisers and venue are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by their negligence or another breach of legal duty.
Behaviour and alcohol
Abusive, aggressive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone creating a safety risk may be refused access to an activity or asked to leave.
Alcohol is available only to people aged 18 or over, and proof of age may be required. Anyone supervising children must remain capable of doing so safely. Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be permitted to use activity equipment.
Food, allergies and face painting
Food, drinks and face painting are charged separately. Please discuss allergies and dietary requirements directly with the food provider before purchasing.
Face painting is subject to the provider’s age, skin-suitability and hygiene requirements. Tell the provider about any relevant allergy or skin condition.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Activities may be paused or withdrawn where necessary for safety or because of circumstances outside the organisers’ reasonable control. We will communicate significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be contacted through the ticketing platform with the available options. Any refund arrangements will respect your statutory rights. Refund requests for other reasons should be made through the ticketing platform for consideration under the applicable booking terms.
By purchasing tickets, the purchaser agrees to these terms and must share them with everyone attending in their booking. These terms do not remove or reduce anyone’s statutory rights.
🎟️ Book through Fatsoma or ask at the Tithe Farm bar.
