Tinsel in Tifton Vendor Application 2022

We invite you to join us for the 2022 Tinsel in Tifton (formerly the Hometown Holiday Christmas Celebration)! This year's festival will be held in downtown Tifton on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 6 pm to 10 pm! Please fill out the online application to secure your vendor spot. Artisan Vendors should have handmade items (no re-selling or direct sale companies). We reserve the right to choose who to approve to vend. To purchase an Artisan vendor spot, please click on the ticket tab and select a vendor ticket. We DO NOT provide electricity or water.  However, vendors may bring a QUIET generator, but it must fit within your vendor space.  Spaces are 12' x 12'.

Food Vendors are required to obtain a separate Temporary Food Service Permit before the festival. This should be obtained by November 23, 2022. For your temporary food service permit, please contact the the tourism office at 229-382-8700 for more info. This permit MUST be shown and provided by the vendor during check-in and must be displayed during the festival.  We DO NOT provide electricity or water.  However, vendors may bring a QUIET generator, but it must fit within your vendor space.Food Vendor spaces are 20'x20'.

There are NO REFUNDS of any kind. And, no refunds will be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the festival board has no control, and the risk of lass from such an event shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Vendor Fees:

Artisan Vendor (12x12) - $150.00

Food Vendor (20x20) - $325.00

Upon Your Arrival

• Additional instructions for vendor check in will be sent out prior to the event. 

• Check in time will begin at 3:30 p.m.

• At this point, we will have a staff member to check you in and confirm your location.

• Please note: All vehicles MUST be unloaded and moved out of the festival area by 5 p.m. (PLEASE do not leave your vehicle parked on the street in the downtown area). 

You must park in a designated parking area outside of the festival area.

• All vendor spots are great. NO locations or spots are guaranteed.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.

• Please do NOT set up early.

• Please do NOT break your vendor space down before 10:00 p.m.

• Food Vendors:  Food Vendors are required to obtain a separate Temporary Food Service Permit –Contact the tourism office at 229-382-8700 for more info. Please don't wait. A delay may prohibit you from being able to sell even if you have registered.

• Sales Tax: ALL Vendors will be responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia State Sales Tax (8%). For more information, please call (404) 417-4477.
