Join Stef Thursday June 1st at 6pm for a class all about making & using tinctures. Tinctures are great when time is of the essence. Whether you need a quick boost to the immune system, help falling asleep, or easing an upset stomach a tincture could provide quick relief. You will make your own tincture with herbs that best suit your needs. Everyone will leave with an 8oz. tincture & knowledge to continue making them at home!
