Please note this show is requiring all fans to provide PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event OR full vaccination for entry.
o All fans must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card.
o Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
o Unvaccinated fans over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility, and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
o Please note that requirements and venue protocols, such as testing and vaccination, are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.
FOR VIP MEET AND GREET:
To ensure the safety of the artist, all VIP Meet & Greet holders will be required to present a negative COVID test (regardless of vaccination status) taken within 72 hours of the show. Test results must be presented upon arrival for entry. In addition, masks will be required during the duration of the Meet & Greet and Photo Opportunity.
On the day of the show, check-in will begin 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to doors. For door times, please check your ticket. Please arrive early for check in to ensure entry to the Meet & Greet. All Meet & Greet holders will have early entry to the venue following the meet & greet.
Additionally, signed posters will be mailed following the tour. Please fill out the below form no later than 24 hours prior to your show to avoid delays in shipment.
*CLEAR BAG POLICY*
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings please make sure bags meet the following requirements:
-Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (maximum size: 12”x6”x12”)
-Small clutch handbags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5”x6.5”)
-One gallon clear plastic freezer bags will be provided if needed
Advance: $25+ fees / Day of Show: $30+ fees

Please Note: There is a delivery delay in place on tickets through 10/11/21. No tickets will be sent out prior to 10/11/21.
