What's the refund policy?
You can request a full refund up to 7 days prior to the course start date, but no refunds will be given after this date. If you do need to cancel within 7 days of the course starting, we may transfer your registration to another person, or to another event of the same value. Transfer requests can be sent to [email protected]
What if SSW cancel the event?
SSW reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event if the event has insufficient enrolment. SSW will make every effort to notify registrants of a cancellation or postponement within a reasonable timeframe. If for any reason SSW must cancel an event, they assume no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other travel costs.
