Show Description
An evening of indie folk with tin constellations and special guests, Quiet Skies.
tin constellations will play their critically acclaimed third release, Cobden, in its entirety along with old/new favs at this hometown stop on their spring/summer concert series…for fans of orchestral, narrative-driven, harmony-laden, hook-filled, indie folk.
Quiet Sky is a new music project featuring Ottawa's Jeff and Pam Gleeson. Quiet Sky brings Pam’s unique indie folk songwriting style to the stage with Jeff’s natural vocals and creative guitar tones, to invoke a feeling that lingers in that wide open space where anything is possible.
Bios
Tin Constellations is an indie folk band from Ottawa, ON, whose music feels both familiar and surprising. Their sound blends melodic stories, rich harmonies, and the kind of sing-along moments that invite audiences to become part of the performance. Tin Cons’ third EP, COBDEN, recorded with Dave Draves at Little Bullhorn, dropped in front of a sold out crowd at The Gladstone Theatre on January 10, 2026. Two previous EP releases resulted in solid radio play locally/provincially, frequent capacity shows in Ottawa and across Ontario and Quebec.
“Tin Constellations delivered a standout performance that delighted both our attendees and our team. The audience feedback was nothing short of spectacular.” - Alison Bowie, Artistic Director @ Ottawa Grassroots Festival
The mood is accessible and the lyrics are relatable. Quiet Sky aims to follow the trails laid out through the poetry of Joni Mitchel, the raw honesty of Lucinda Williams, the natural comfort of Sarah Harmer, and the grit of Neil Young.
