About The Tin Can Society: Johnny Moore is a world-famous tech mogul known as much for his work pioneering mobility aids for people with disabilities (like himself) as he is for moonlighting as the metal-suited vigilante, CALIBURN. But when Johnny is found murdered and his suit stolen, his estranged childhood best friends reunite to solve the mystery of his murder. With stunning art by Francesco Mobili and color by Chris Chuckry, THE TIN CAN SOCIETY is a heartfelt and human look at the evolution of friendships across a lifetime, at disability and ableism, and the destructive power of fame.
About The Writer: Peter Warren is a screenwriter and showrunner. In television, he co-created THE AUTEUR with Taika Waititi for Showtime, starring Jude Law. As a staffer, he most recently worked on Paramount+'s HALO and Amazon's upcoming NIGHTBEAST. In features, Peter is adapting the seminal INCAL comic book series into a new sci-fri franchise, with Taika Waititi directing and Jemaine Clement co-scripting. He will direct his first feature, K*ll ME, in 2025 with Charlie Day and Allison Williams attached to star. He holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU-Tisch where he now serves as faculty in the MFA Dramatic Writing program.
