We are bringing California beach fitness vibes to Milwaukee, leave your stresses away and get ready for some fitness fun.
About this Event

This event was a total success last year and this year it is expected to be even bigger. This Is our 3rd Annual Boot Camp & Fit Fest.


We start the day out with a large group workout in the sand or on top of the dock. Then we follow that up with fitness challenges, cone drills, games and last but not least HILLS & STAIR!

Once our class ends the entire beach opens up and we play groups games such as volleyball, football and frisbee. You definitely have to be there to feel the vibes and fun!

We will also have SoCal Nutrition with energy drink sample and nutrition coaching.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOMED TO JOIN
