Our amazing host will dazzle you with humour, song, and intrigue while they introduce you to a sparkling cast of entertainers including Showgirls, Broadway, Burlesque and Drag Performares and more!

Building on the flavours of last year's show, our chefs are preparing another amazing 3 course NYE menu that will have something for everyone's palette.

APPETIZER OPTIONS:

1. Candycane Beet Salad with Whipped Lemon Ricotta, Watermelon Radish, Toasted Fennel Seed Candied Hazelnuts
2. Steamed Mussels in a Fennel Chorizo White Wine Broth with Ciabatta Toasts
3. Albacore Tuna Verrine (raw Ancho-spiced Tuna in layers of Roasted Corn, Black Beans, Roasted Tomato Salsa, Spiced Sour Cream and Pickled Red Onion) with Tortilla Chips
4. Seasonal Feature Salad

ENTREE OPTIONS:

1. Braised 16 oz (bone-in) Lamb Shank with Polenta, Seasonal Vegetables and Reduction Sauce
2. Seared 7oz Steelhead Salmon with Cauliflower Puree, Seasonal Vegetables and Caramelized Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce
3. 12oz Striploin and Fries, with Peppercorn Demi Glace and Seasonal Vegetables
4. Vegan Watermelon Tuna Poke with Edamame, Wakame, Daikon, Heart of Palm, Braised Shiitake Kimchi Cabbage, Avocado and Yuzu Vinaigrette
