Our favorite summer series is BACK! Bring your family and enjoy a trip back to 1929 with interactive days at our historic truck farm or recreated Shawnee downtown.
Experience fan-favorite activities like farmstead laundry and grocery shopping along with special theme activities featured every week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 16 to August 6. Activities are 10:00am – 2:00pm and included with general admission

June 16 and 18 • Family Vacation
Take the family camping, 1920s style! Explore the Auto campsite and shop for supplies in town.
June 23 and 25 • Life on a Truck Farm
Busy farm season ahead! Harvest veggies, hang laundry, feed chickens, and prepare lunch in the kitchen.
June 30 and July 2 • America’s 250th Birthday
Party like it’s 1776 for America’s Birthday with cupcakes, games, a reading of the Declaration of Independence and more! Wear flag colors and pack a picnic!
July 7 and 9 • Animal Farm
Discover animal life on a truck farm! Feed the chickens, and visit the barnyard’s sheep, goats, and milking cow.
July 14 and 16 • It’s All Fun and Games
Play classic games of the 1920s! Tug of War, Sack Races, Horseshoes and MORE!
July 21 and 23 • Keep It Clean
Summer farm cleanup! Wash the family car, tidy the house, and prep veggies for market.
July 28 and 30 • Get a Job
Step into the shoes of Shawnee townspeople 100 years ago! Each visitor gets a surprise identity to explore.
August 4 and 6 • Time for a Party!
Get the Farm ready to host a party! – that means making flower arrangements, mowing the lawn, and prepping food!
