Hear from women rugby players and understand how investment in player care & development strengthens both the individual and the wider game.
About this Event

The Rugby Players Association (RPA) supports, promotes and

protects over 900 elite rugby players in England throughout their

careers and beyond.

Through Thrive - the RPA's dedicated women’s player development

programme - we are addressing the unique realities of the women’s

game, where over 60% of players balance elite rugby alongside

careers, education and family life.

THE EVENT

This event will bring together players, partners and industry leaders

to explore the evolving landscape of women’s rugby and the

importance of supporting the people behind the performance.

The discussion will showcase the purpose, impact and future

potential of Thrive, while highlighting how investment in player

development strengthens both individuals and the wider game.

PANEL DISCUSSIONS

Hear from leading voices across the women’s game as they share

their experiences, insights and perspectives on what underpins

success on and off the pitch.
