Time to Replenish - Equine Assisted Learning & Women's Circle

Join us for a nourishing time in the company of horses and like-hearted women. Through guided Equine Assisted Learning activities, reflective conversation, and a supportive Women's Circle, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself, explore what you need most, and leave feeling grounded and replenished.

What can I expect in a group Equine Assisted Learning session?
- Olga will facilitate a grounding ritual where we practice skills for nervous system regulation and safety with the horses as role models.
- Then, you will be invited to make contact with the horses while they're roaming free, in a way that feels safe and right to both you and the horses.
- If the horses communicate their consent to us we might explore some brushing, leading the horses and possible lead mounted rides.
What will happen in the Women's Circle?
- Sophie will guide us and hold space in a ritualistic and connected experience of a sacred Women's Circle.
- We will indulge in a heart opening and warming cacao ceremony.
- We settle, tune into our hearts and truths and share safely what is present in the given moment.
