About this Event
Centered around a Merrell-branded terrace featuring a custom mural by artist Bianca Romero, the month-long takeover invites guests to experience New York through art, community, food, and outdoor culture.
Inspired by the idea that meaningful experiences often begin just beyond our front door, the space is designed to encourage people to slow down, connect, and see familiar surroundings in a new way.
Guests can enjoy weekly Wednesday evening activations featuring live music, creative workshops, and community gatherings, alongside a limited-time combo meal with Ivy Stark at BKLYN Wild, a custom Merrell-inspired drink menu, and a partnership with the Union Square Greenmarket on Fridays and Saturdays celebrating local makers and seasonal ingredients. Together, these experiences create a welcoming destination for discovery, connection, and finding moments of the outdoors in the heart of Union Square.
Every Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., the terrace will host complimentary, self-guided activations designed to spark creativity and bring people together. Each evening offers a chance to step outside, slow down, and experience Union Square from a different perspective.
