Time Out Sundays is a monthly meet up for adults wanting to take time out for their mental wellness. Sessions are for everyone interested in investing in their mental wellbeing.
These sessions are an opportunity to connect with others and have meaningful conversations over a cuppa, enjoy self care activities such as mindfulness, arts and crafts and gain professional support and advice.
Time Out Sundays sessions are held at John Lewis, Highcross, Leicester 3rd Floor, Community Room from 11am – 1pm.
