TIME MANAGEMENTMost people are aware of ‘marginal gains’ (small differences that when added together make a big difference). This course helps leaders and managers recognise how minor adjustments in their daily roles can make massive differences to their roles and lives.
Not only does this 1-day course help leaders and managers become better at structuring their day and delegating. The course also helps leaders and managers recognise where they need to improve to develop their goal setting and prioritising. This then takes their learning one step further by looking at ‘what matters most’ in their daily roles to develop their essential leadership skills.
By the End of this course delegates will be able to:

- Delegate more effectively
- How to set and work with short- and long-term goals
- Recognise the difference between effective Vs ineffective prioritising
- Discuss their levels and impacts of procrastination
- Develop some procrastination workarounds
- Managing their energy levels
