Back for 2024....Join me for a relaxing Christmas Yin and Restorative Yoga Workshop. Take some time out for yourself in the run up to Christmas, to breathe, to soften, and to release .... the tension, stresses and demands of the season.
The workshop will finish with a beautiful Seasonal Yoga Nidra and Himalayan Singing Bowl Soundbath.
Afterwards, if you are able to stay a while longer, we will have tea, coffee and homemade cakes before heading home and back to everyday life **
