This workshop focuses on the foundations of modern Cuban dance technique. You’ll work on posture, body coordination, weight transfer, and grounded movement, building a strong base that supports clarity, control, and musical expression.
14:30 – 15:30 | Afro Cuban Contemporary
A creative and expressive class exploring Afro-Cuban movements and gestures combined with contemporary dance. Expect fluidity, dynamics, and musical interpretation, blending traditional roots with modern influences and personal expression.
15:30 – 18:00 | Social Dance - Cuban Salsa
Relax, dance, and enjoy the music in a friendly and open atmosphere.

Dieser Workshop konzentriert sich auf die Grundlagen der modernen kubanischen Tanztechnik. Im Fokus stehen Haltung, Körperkoordination, Gewichtsverlagerung und geerdete Bewegung, um eine stabile Basis für Klarheit, Kontrolle und musikalischen Ausdruck zu schaffen.
