UTC-05:00Location
2600 Larsen Rd, Green Bay, WI, United States, Wisconsin 54303 | Green Bay, WI
Herb Society of America
Join us as we walk through the forests of Wisconsin, learning both the historical uses and folklore of some of our native (and a few naturalized!) plants. From the Slippery Elm that kept George Washington and his men from starvation at Valley Forge to the False Soloman’s Seal that “kept mothers sane”, you may recognize many of these plants and be intrigued by their stories!
If there is a plant you are wondering about, let us know when you register and Jackie will do her best to incorporate it into the talk presentation.
