Filipino culture, tradition, and community will take center stage this October as Tiles, Tagays (Toasts), & Traditions brings people together for an evening of mahjong, Filipino cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and meaningful connection in celebration of Filipino American History Month.

Hosted at Cebu Chicago on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the event is designed to celebrate heritage while creating a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can gather, learn, and connect.

Mahjong has long been a game that brings generations together around one table. Like Filipino hospitality, it encourages conversation, laughter, and lasting friendships. Tiles, Tagays (Toasts), & Traditions blends these experiences into one memorable evening that honors culture while building community.

Whether you're picking up a mahjong tile for the first time or you're an experienced player, everyone is welcome. Guests will enjoy beginner-friendly instruction, open play, handcrafted cocktails, authentic Filipino cuisine, and an opportunity to celebrate the rich history and contributions of Filipino Americans.
