Visual Storyteller & Author Don Nelson will be presenting a program featuring funeral homes of Portland, Oregon from the past into the present day. Many were built into established buildings, while others were erected specifically for their businesses by known architects.
Some were built and designed by carpenter/builder-contractors with input from the undertaker that hired them, while other designers names have not been found.
There will be a display of funeral related items including photos and booklets.
