Join us for an interactive hands-on experience where you are shown how to make a popular fusion dish from Fast & Curryous, their Tikka “Tacos”. These “tacos” were developed by Kavita & David using Indian spices and flavors and have been a staple on their food truck menu since they first opened. In this class at White Bluffs Brewing, they will take you through the steps of preparing the proteins (chicken, lamb, shrimp and paneer), the toppings (chutneys, pickles, and sauce) and assembling the final product. At the end of the class you will get to enjoy your tacos with a delicious White Bluffs beer of your choice!
