Tiki Night with Mikey and Jess

You may know Mikey as our brewer extroadinair, but did you know he is also a conisseur of all things tiki? Mikey will take us on an overseas adventure, diving into the history and creation of the original tiki drinks and the makers behind these delicious beverages. He and Jess have curated four cocktails, one from each of the four founders of tiki, to tantalize your tastebuds. Jess has prepared all the syrups, orgeat and falernum to give you the purest and freshest tasting ingredients. What is falernum you ask? Grab a seat and let these passionate tiki lovers teach you!

Below is the menu these two have painstakingly created for your enjoyment.

Mai Tai - lime juice, mai tai rich simple syrup, orgeat, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Appleton 12 rum

Saturn - lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat, house made falernum, Tanqueray Gin

The Nui Nui (Pupule) - lime juice, orange juice, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup, St Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Zacapa 23 rum, Angostura Bitters

Chartreuse or Genepy Swizzle - pineapple juice, lime juice, house made falernum, Green Chartreuse

Get your tickets now! Ticket includes an intimate discussion of the history of tiki cocktails, a small pour of each cocktail, a gorgeous flamingo coupe glass, and light snacks. Full size cocktails will be available for purchase after the tasting. Our tastings are selling out quickly and we anticipate this event to do the same. Tickets are limited to allow for a more personal, intimate experience.
