They’ve handpicked four iconic drinks, each representing a founding figure of tiki culture. Jess has crafted all the syrups, orgeat, and falernum from scratch for the freshest flavors. Mai Tai - Lime juice, rich simple syrup, orgeat, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Appleton 12 rum
Saturn - Lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat, house-made falernum, Tanqueray Gin
The Nui Nui (Pupule) - Lime juice, orange juice, cinnamon & vanilla syrup, St Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Zacapa 23 rum, Angostura Bitters
