TIGERNATION will be having our Annual Tailgate. LSU vs TEXAS A&M game on October 25th, 2025.
This is our 8th year hosting this event and it always turns out to be a hit!
We always have a couple hundred people come by and it's big enough for everyone. We always have people travel in from all over the country. So yall should come out and join us! The best part is getting to meet all the people from the page that you talk to daily! So come and meet all your favorite tiger fans. It really is a great way to make new friends and see everyone you always talk to online..
TIGERHOLICS has invited us to join their tailgate and Host again. The information will all be posted on the event page as we plan further. This tailgate is pretty much an event put on by all of us. We know everyone is on budgets, so we give everyone the opportunity to donate a little something and it all comes together so we have a place to tailgate together. That's why we encourage donations no matter how little or what it is.
**What I do know so far
- The location is pretty much on the corner of Burbank and Nicholson on the Old Front 9 under some oaks trees along the road in the free parking lot. Google map photos posted on event with the location circled in Yellow.
- Some of it will be shaded by trees so bring Tents if you would like. And if anyone would like to donate more large tents than we already have that would be so helpful.
- Tigerholics will provide the main dish and maybe some sides. (main dish: which will be Pastalaya) Daniel or Adam will be supplying the Pastalaya which will be served at around 10:30am or 11:00am. For a bowl of Pastalaya it's $5 a person (Kids Eat Free as well as expecting moms) and you will get a bracelet so you can get more if wanted. Since Daniel or Adam is paying for the Pastalaya and wanted to help out of the goodness of his heart I figure this would be a good way to help pay him back for helping us out. We will also have free food tables but that pastalaya is the best thing and is a hit every year! .
-BYOB or liquor. The event is BYOB/Liquor unless you want to supply it for the tailgate which would help ALOT. We usually have enough supplied to make an open bar if people contribute. We will have tons of Jello Shots and the popular Rally Juice, if you can make JELLO Shots please let me know I need a volunteer we need between 500 to 1000! If you would like to contribute to the alcohol of the tailgate. Ice Chest's and Ice will be needed to keep Beer cold as well if you want to volunteer for that. If you want just bring a bottle of liquor or wine to contribute. That always helps. Mixers are needed too. Juices, Red Bull, Etc.
-If you would like to help out bring a Side Dish. Do not feel obligated it is up to you but also it does help us a lot when people bring extra food and helps give us a more options. You are not required but we DO encourage volunteers to bring dishes/appetizers/dips/deserts/Utensils/Napkins/Cups/Sandwich Tray/chicken trays/snacks/Cokes, Dr. Peppers, kid drinks etc. etc. etc.. If you can please let me know what you will be bringing I would really appreciate it. I will usually make a post where you can list what you want to bring closer to the tailgate. Please let me know what you will bring so we can coordinate food. If you do bring food. Try to bring a disposable dish so you won't have to walk back to your vehicle unless you want to leave it during the game. If you get to LSU early enough you may be able to park in the free parking by the tailgate!
- Please bring your chairs, tents, and Tables are helpful. It is asked that you bring chairs for you and your family or friends just to make sure everyone can sit if they would like. If you would like to bring extra Chairs feel free too. Make sure you put your name on them.
- If someone wants to bring a beer pong table or cornhole that would be an awesome edition.
- Please remember to tip your DJ.. Tipping helps out A LOT! This year we will have 3 DJ's from Prestige World wide. DJ PRESTON WALLACE, DJ FIZZY, AND DJ DONK. They know how to put on a show.
-Please feel free to bring kids and or friends with you. It's open to all your personal friends and family. We like to give you the opportunity to bring your family and friends because we know how it can sometimes be awkward and scary to go somewhere that you have never met anyone in person. So we ask that you invite your family, kids, and close friends to tag along.
I know some of you are share this event but to be very clear this is a TIGERNATION EVENT for our facebook group. Please only invite people you are close friends with or your family only to come if you are an TIGERNATION Member. I had to make the event public but it is a private event for TIGERNATION members, our close Friends and Family.
- You are bringing items to the tailgate of value. Please remember to park close or be able to bring your items back to your vehicles before you leave for the game. We are not responsible for anything left at the tailgate. They have parking right next to the tailgate if you get there early enough. It is the parking lot across from Walk On's.
- You don't have to come and stay if you don't want. Just come by and say Geaux Tigers but I promise you will want to stay!
