Doors open at 2pm. Ticket required for entry! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, (No pop up tents! Small umbrellas welcome). Seating proximity is first come, first served. Entry provides access to children activities. Food will be available for purchase. Vendors will be on site. Open to all ages.

No alcohol allowed! No smoking allowed! Please do not block driveways of residences. Cowan PTSO is not responsible for parking citations or towing. Cowan PTSO is is not responsible for injury or incidents resulting during the event.
