Tiger Community Cafe

Tiger is currently operating out of All Souls Church & Community Centre, Ilkeston Road, Nottingham NG7 3HF.

We are still supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community.

Join us for a weekly Tiger Community Cafe.

Tiger Community Cafe:

• Refreshments available 11am - 3pm including drinks, biscuits and cakes
• Nutritious Tiger Eats Cooked lunch - choose from our nutritious meals
• Choose your tarif - same great food: Community £3 Economy £1
• Frozen meals available to take home
• Free activities to support mental heath and wellbeing - join Gill for crafting or play a game or do mindfull colouring
• Paula from Angolan Women Voice Association UK will be running an Art session through the cafe period, let your inner creativity out
• We offer a warm and welcoming space to all visitors. Don't worry if you are on your own, there will be friendly people to chat to.
• Everyone is invited to come along, make new friends, keep warm whilst you do an activity, enjoy a cuppa and some food.
• Lisa from Warrior Wellbeing will be running a seated yoga session on 1.30pm

Attendance is free and includes drinks and activities.

Lunch is available from £1 per meal.

Additional packaged meals are also available to buy to take home at £1 a meal.

There will be additional support with visits from Social Prescibers and bill saving support over the weeks.
