Tiger and Dragon Kempo martial arts training: "the gentle techniques that protect the wisdom and knowledge of the little pine tree"
Learn the basic techniques that will allow you to express your magickal faith and practice in physical form. Based on a variety of martial arts systems, Tiger and Dragon Kenpo is designed to develop self-confidence in the warrior. Learn your body and how it works, and how to make it follow your will.
Developed and taught by Alfred Silverstar, Tiger and Dragon class sessions will run twice a month for 90 minutes on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 1pm. Private lessons are available following for an additional fee.
Kenpo, also known as Kempo, is a martial art with deep historical roots that draw from Chinese and Japanese traditions.
