Tiga Tactics Self Defense Seminar

Once again Mt Washington Aikido and Kwoon Karate Academy are pleased to welcome Tiga Tactics to the Mt Washington Valley for a fun and informative self defense seminar. This seminar is for EVERYBODY! No prior martial arts training is necessary. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn and have fun. But even experienced martial arts practitioners will get something from this event. Last year we had folks who were total beginners and folks with decades of experience who had trained professional fighters. We hope you'll join us!
