Formerly Tuesday Tsunami, this is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a warm up wave, welcome to newcomers and the exploration of a theme with a longer deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.
Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
