For the month of February 2025, Moving Essence classes have to relocate whilst renovations are happening at our St Brigids home.The 7:30pm – 9:30pm Tidal Wave class will be held at 75 Reid Street.
For those interested in the 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class, this will be offered as a Silent Disco in the Edinburgh Gardens (if not raining). This class requires booking to allow for headphone allocation.
BOTH locations allow our regular dancers to park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in new places!
Tidal Wave is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.
Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
