Every month brings natural, small-production wines chosen for their story, their character, and their sense of place. Each pour is paired with a thoughtful bite that complements the night’s journey, opening a window into how food and wine come alive together.

This is a class, but one that feels inviting. You’ll learn how to taste with intention, how to tell a Chardonnay from a Chenin Blanc, how to recognize if your palate leans dry or bright, and how to choose the right bottle for a meal with friends.
