Every Thursday 11am at Twechar healthy living and enterprise centre. Strength and Balance sessions - gentle chair based exercise to aid continued independence.
We will then go for a gentle walk leaving from the centre. Walking to the pace of the slowest attendee.
Everyone is welcomed for a cuppa and chat afterwards at centre cafe.
