? **Date:** This Thursday
? **Time:** Meet at 6:30 PM at the circle (where all the tents are)
**Schedule:**
- 6:35 PM: Dynamic warmup led by Coach Erica Weitz, 2020 Olympic Trials Qualifier!
- 6:40 PM: 5k Fun Run through downtown Orlando.
- 5k route available
- Shorter/walking route around Lake Eola (1-3 laps)
- 7:15 PM: Meet back at World of Beer for drinks and food! ??
All levels of runners and walkers are welcome! Come for the run, stay for the fun! Hope to see you there!
