Location: Classes take place inside the gym-
Format: Hatha Yoga. This is a traditional yoga class for all levels.
What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one. If not its ok. FYI Mats are available and/ or can be purchased at FIVE BELOW
420 Friendly is available with early check in! 5:30pm
