Come and join us weekly for a fun cardio class here in Greenville. Classes are complementary with a purchase from the bar at Fit City. Never been and need to borrow equipment for your 1st or 2nd class??? Please let me know before 5 so we can be ready for you. We only have a few sets available to loan out.
What do you need to bring?
a 65-75 cm yoga ball
a bucket or laundry basket to hold the ball
drumsticks or kitchen spoons
I usually have weighted drum sticks available for purchase for $25 a set if you are interested in the sticks that we use.
So grab you equipment, your water and a friend and we will see you soon for a class!!
