Thursday Blast Off Run

Check-In Requirements

1. Please print your ticket or have it accessible on your mobile device. A Rocket City Runners Club (RCR) administrator will scan your ticket and check you in prior to participation.

2. You may also check in using the Eventbrite app or by scanning the QR code included in your event confirmation email.

NOTICE: Participation in the workout is not permitted without completing the check-in process as outlined above. NO EXCEPTIONS. This check-in serves as both informed consent and an electronic sign-in for participation.

Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

• I understand that participation in group runs involves physical exertion and cardiovascular activity. I voluntarily choose to participate and agree to exercise within my personal limits.• I assume full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during all Rocket City Runners Club activities.• I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or, in rare cases, death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.• I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rocket City Runners Club administrators, organizers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation.• I agree not to initiate or pursue any legal action against Rocket City Runners Club or its representatives for injuries, damages, or losses related to my participation. This waiver is binding upon me and my heirs, spouse, children, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.• I confirm that I am physically and medically capable of participating and that I have either been cleared by a licensed medical professional or have independently determined my fitness to participate safely.• I grant permission for Rocket City Runners Club to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during club activities for informational, educational, or promotional purposes without compensation.

By completing the electronic check-in and/or participating in this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
