Thugshop Presents – Y U QT

We’re kicking off the month with Y U QT in the cage for the first time on the 8th of May.

The DJ and producer duo hailing from Leicseter returns to our shores after almost 2 years away, and this time they’re making their debut in our redroom. It’s a rare treat whenever the main room steers away from techno, and even more so when a genre-bending duo takes the reins.

Since their meteoric rise from the UK’s underground circuit back in 2023, Y U QT has gone on to bring their signature sound all over. From “Y U QT All Nyte” shows and takeovers at London’s The Cause, to shelling it down at Berlin’s Prince Charles and Tokyo’s CIRCUS.

Prolific producers in their own right, the duo have been steadily releasing a string of heaters since 2019, dropping EPs and singles via labels like NLV Records, Rinse, and Technicolour, as well as through their own independent releases.

Supporting them on the night is our very own sho&tell, while Loyboy and Mr Legume orchestrate the grooves Upstairs.
