THU - Mental & Physical Health: Harmony in Motion

Wellbeing begins when the mind and body move together in balance. This class introduces children to practices that nurture both inner calm and physical vitality - through mindful movement, relaxation techniques, creative expression, and guided activities. Students will explore how art, play, and awareness can build resilience, focus, and confidence, giving them tools to carry harmony into everyday life.
