THU AM - Discovering Watercolor Painting with Kelsey Worth

Learn watercolor effects, styles, and techniques in this foundational painting class!

Using the watercolor painter's essential toolbox, students will discover how to create texture, value, and depth. The instructor will provide step-by-step lessons and supported time for individual projects. Students will also learn about color theory, special effects, painting from life, and composition.

All skill levels are welcome, from art lovers picking up a brush for the first time, to advanced painters looking to build on their experience.

• 9" x 12" 140lb Cold Press Watercolor Paper Pad
• Mixed Flat and Round Watercolor Brushes
• Opaque Watercolor Pan Set (i.e. Grumbacher)
• Watercolor Mixing Palette
• Hake Brush
• Sketch Pad
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Ruler

• Tube Watercolor Paints
• Masking Fluid
