After a sold-out turnout, Throwback Therapy is officially returning to Tampa on May 30 — bringing back a fan-favorite experience centered around nostalgia and mental reset.

The event delivers a full soundtrack of 90s and 2000s R&B and hip-hop, creating an atmosphere designed to shift your energy and take you back to the moments that felt the best.

A.J. Hall will be leading the night from behind the decks, blending timeless records and keeping the crowd locked in from start to finish.

Hosted by Wild Babs and Buck Wheat, the night focuses on a curated, grown environment where music does the work.
