⏰TOURNAMENT SIGN-UP:
▶️Sign-up now by sending us a private message with your name, phone number, and username that you will use during the event, or send us an email at [email protected]. We will send a reply confirmation message once received that will include additional links for early entry payment and an event rule list. This event has a $10 tournament entry fee that will need to be paid before the start of the tournament. Spectators and guests at Throwback Pizza can watch FREE

▪️Single Elimination
▪️1v1
▪️Best 2 out of 3 matches
▪️3 Stock/4 Minutes
▪️RandomOmega/RandomBattlefield - (Best of 1 Rock, Paper, Scissors match will determine first stage picker. Loser picks the next match)
▪️No Items/No Hazards
▪️Match Winners CAN NOT change characters
▪️Loser may change character after match loss
⚠️Additional Rules⚠️
❗Modded Controllers, Game Glitching, Stalling, Colluding, Physical Altercations, Using Strong Profanity, and using controllers with a Turbo Function during the event are not allowed and will result in instant disqualification and possible bans.❗
❤️❤️Please be respectful to all staff, competitors, and spectators, as well as all game equipment provided❤️❤️
▶️Force Majeure Clause
Any game interrupted by external, impartial conditions (e.g. power gets cut, safety concerns arise, AV cords get disconnected, etc.) should be reset and replayed at tournament staff discretion
▶️Pausing and the Home Button
Pause setting is to be set to off. Pausing is only legal while either player remains upon their OWN respawn platform, and only for the purpose of summoning a tournament official or in the case of a controller malfunction. All other pauses will incur a stock loss to the player who pauses the game. If the pause causes the opponent to lose a stock, the pausing player receives a game loss. This rule also applies to controllers which cause the game to revert to the Switch home screen.
▶️Tardiness
Anyone who is not present for their set by 15 minutes past the scheduled start time is subject to a total disqualification from the event.
