Thriving Through Change: Perimenopause and Beyond

You're not broken, and there's nothing to "fix."
Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions, but most of us were never told what to expect. Maybe you're noticing changes in your sleep, mood, energy, or body and wondering, Is this normal? How long will this last? This class is here to give you real answers.
Over four weeks, we'll walk through what's actually happening hormonally, where you might be in the transition, and the practical ways you can support your body through each phase. When you understand the why, you can stop feeling like you're fighting your body and start working with it.
This is a small, supportive group of just 10 women. There's room to ask questions, share experiences, and leave each week with something you can use right away.
What we'll cover:
- Week 1 (Oct 27): Understanding the phases of menopause, plus your first nutrition takeaways
- Week 2 (Nov 3): Nutrition to support your body through hormonal change
- Week 3 (Nov 10): Strength in body and movement and stress reduction
- Week 4 (Nov 17): Labs and supplements, including what to ask about and what to know
Topics may differ slightly as course date approaches.
