Please be advised that the National Entrepreneur Center (NEC) operates in public facilities, whether at its home in the Orlando Fashion Square mall or at an offsite venue. While attending public events hosted by the National Entrepreneur Center and any of its Programs or Resource Partners, you may be recorded and/or photographed. The National Entrepreneur Center, its Programs and Resource Partners may use photographs and/or videos of you and/or your property without review or approval and has the authority to use and publish (with or without your name, company name, or with a fictitious name) video, photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described and any and all forms of media and in all matters including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing, for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer/videographer or the National Entrepreneur Center. If you do not want to be recorded and/or photographed, please advise the front desk or registration desk so accommodations can be made. Additionally, regarding use of your event registration information, you may be contacted by the National Entrepreneur Center, its Programs, Resource Partners and/or Sponsors.
