September 10th Theme: Harvest Your Power
As the seasons shift, we’re called to release energy that no longer serves us and gather the wisdom we’ve earned. This month, we’ll explore how to reclaim your energy, your voice, and your worth—so you can step into autumn grounded, empowered, and impassioned.
This gathering will include:
- A calming breathwork and grounding ritual to regulate your nervous system and create embodied presence
- A heart-led discussion exploring where your power has been diminished and how to consciously reclaim it
- Partner or small-group sharing in a safe, supportive space for authentic connection and witnessing
- A closing visualization meditation to anchor your intention and restore inner alignment
- Time to connect with like-minded women who are on similar journeys
This group is for you if:
