THRIVE TOGETHER: Caregiver Coping Skills and Support Group

Thrive Together is an in-person caregiver coping skills class and discussion group designed to give you practical tools, emotional support, and a safe space to share your experiences with others who truly understand.

• Stress Relief & Coping Tools – Learn practical strategies to manage caregiver stress and prevent burnout.
• Emotional Support – Connect with people who understand the challenges of caring for a loved one.
• Practical Skills – Build confidence in handling daily caregiving demands while protecting your own well-being.
• Community & Connection – Share experiences, listen, and feel less alone.
• Hope & Encouragement – Shift from just surviving each day to truly thriving.

• When: Thursdays, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, starting October 2
• Where: Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation, The Centre – 1500 16th St, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
• Cost: $10 per class
• Facilitator: Sara Graff, LCSW – A licensed therapist with 20+ years of personal and professional experience supporting family caregivers
