Join Thrive Iowa for a day of collaboration and learning focused on strengthening support for Pottawattamie County families.
Thrive Iowa brings community partners together to help families connect with resources and work toward lasting stability. This event will help us understand the resources already available locally and build connections among the people and organizations providing them.
ASSET MAPPING | 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Help identify local services, community strengths, and gaps across areas such as housing, food, childcare, transportation, employment, and health. Bring your knowledge of the resources your organization provides and the needs you see in the community.
LUNCH PROVIDED!
CONNECTION PROVIDER TRAINING | 11:30am – 1:30 p.m.
Learn how to create a profile and use HopeHub, Thrive Iowa’s collaborative platform, to connect families with resources and coordinate support with community partners.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Everyone is invited. Representatives from local organizations, churches, schools, businesses, public agencies, and anyone interested in helping Pottawattamie County families thrive.
