On this weekend retreat we will use kundalini yoga and fasting protocols, to open the channels of elimination and remove toxicity and support the body's natural ability to HEAL and FLOURISH
YOUR body has an amazing ability to THRIVE given the right conditions and nutrients, a juice detox takes the pressure off and allows real healing to take place. The benefits of a DETOX are far reaching and can even result in health issues dissipating. Regardless of your health goals the end result of achieving optimum health and improving energy is a great reason to undertake a cleanse. !!
Kundalini Yoga supports detoxification in the body and you feel the positive rejuvenating effects fast. It is a healing and transformational practice - blending movement, meditation, mantra and breath(pranayama). Kundalini Yoga is for EVERYBODY regardless of their age or physical ability - you don't have to be particularly flexible or fit. It is a perfect form of yoga for beginners yoga right through to the more advanced.

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to dive deep into the healing practices of Kundalini Yoga whilst safely exploring juice fasting or intermittent fasting.

There will be 3 yoga sessions* on offer each day:-
*A GENTLE early morning breath, movement and meditation session to CLEANSE and CALM body and mind.
*Mid morning an ENERGIZING Kundalini yoga to move the energy of the body and mind to keep you LIGHT and VITALIZED. Focussing on the elimination channels - lymphatic, respiratory and digestive systems of the body to aid the CLEANSING and DETOXING process
*Evening - a RESTFUL session of Yoga Nidra (Enlightened Sleep), sound healing and meditation perfect for UNWINDING before bed
*all are optional

How the longest lived cultures thrive into old age, disease free and how to implement simple protocols to secure your longevity.

Lucy Teear Bio:-
Certified Plant Based Nutritionist and Detoxification Health Coach, Advanced IIPA Iridologist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
Lucy has first-hand experience of the power for the body to heal, having been diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2010 and again in 2016 which had metastasized, this was her wake up call for radical change!
Today she shares her learnings and wisdom of securing longevity and THRIVING following chronic illness, using the power of kundalini with fasting. She incorporates the "7 Principles of Health" life-style protocols adopted by the longest lived cultures into her programmes.
Beth Morgan Bio:-
Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Nidra Facilitator.
Beth helps others move beyond stress, anxiety, fear and struggle - to find clarity and to reconnect with the peace and power within themselves. This is a path she has travelled herself, having suffered with fear, anxiety and addictions for a lot of her life -she spent most of her twenties and thirties on a highly self destructive path and she credits finding Kundalini Yoga with saving her life! Developing a daily practice enabled her to transform her own life, literally taking her from darkness into the light.
Her offerings are a magical journey within themselves - creative, rich and alive with ritual, mantra, movement and music interspersed with contemplation, meditation, pranayama and stillness - they are an invitation /opportunity to get curious, delve deep inside and rediscover your essence or true nature.
Her style is welcoming, down to earth and accessible to all. Beth encourages everyone to work at their own pace and find their own way to greater CLARITY, BALANCE, PEACE and JOY!
Beth has studied extensively with world renowned teachers Maya Fiennes, Kia Miller, Tommy Rosen + Uma Dinsmore Tuli.

OUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND
Garth Barns, Llanidloes, Mid Wales
There are few parts of the British Isles to rival the unspoiled and natural beauty of Wales. This place has the perfect combination of beautiful location, great facilities with oodles of space and accessibility from most of the UK.
Only 3 and a half hours from London and 2 and a half hours from Manchester, yet a world away, deep in rural Wales, the venue is set amongst the rolling hills surrounding the historic and pretty town of Llanidloes, a place time seems to have forgotten. The town often features in the top ten best places to live in Britain, a picturesque and sleepy place with lots of characterful small independent shops and a historic half timbered market house.
This retreat venue is housed in two beautiful barns and a traditional farm house. The heating is from renewable biomass and drinking water is from the farms own pure spring source.
The barns surround the old farmyard, now a lovely space with gardens, a stream, and an outdoor dining area. There is also a gym and Finnish sauna.
In the fields below the barns there is a swimming and boating pond, plus a campfire area with log seating.
The venue is set on 200 acres of farmland with extensive views and plenty of walks in the hills and valleys right from the doorstep and beautiful Llyn Clywedog reservoir is just a short drive away.
The comfortable accommodation is finished to a very high standard
The yoga room is large, airy and spacious. It has a wooden floor and like the rest of the accommodation benefits from warm under floor heating, fired by the eco biomass boiler. Wood burning stoves also ensure the barns are always super cosy all year around.

Bed in shared room (twin or triple) en suite - £650 per person
Twin/Double Rooms for 2/ en suite -2 LEFT £1300 for 2 people
