This will be a time to slow down, breathe deeply, and be fully yourself. A space where we grow in community, share our lives authentically, and say no more hiding. You don’t have to have it all together - you just have to come.

• Campground 50/30 amp ($229): Bring your camper or RV (water, electric, sewer included). One RV/trailer per site. Each campsite ticket must be purchased as a group (4-6 on a site). Get your friends and buy this ticket together. Bedding NOT provided.
• Campground Tent Site ($229): Bring your tent. Multiple tents are allowed on each site. Tickets may be purchased individually, but other women will share a tent site with you. Bedding NOT provided.
• 6 Twin Bunk Room w/AC ($329): Bunk bed room that sleeps 6. Shared bathroom/shower between 6 women. Bedding NOT provided.
• Lodge Twin Bunk w/AC ($339): Bunk bed room that sleeps 4. Shared bathroom/shower between 4-6 women. Shared Living Room & Kitchen. All Bedding Provided.
• Lodge Queen Bed w/AC ($379): This is our nicest accommodation. Private room with a queen bed. Shared bathroom/shower between 4-6 women. Shared Living Room & Kitchen. All Bedding Provided.

• Lodge (Lakeside) Twin Bunk w/AC ($339): Bunk bed room that sleeps 4. Shared bathroom/shower between 4-6 women. All Bedding Provided. This accommodation is 0.6 miles from the conference venue but is located lakeside on Schroon Lake.
• Lodge (Lakeside) Queen Bed w/AC ($379): Private room with a queen bed. Shared bathroom/shower between 4-6 women. All Bedding Provided. This accommodation is 0.6 miles from the conference venue but is located lakeside on Schroon Lake.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

1. Campground Tent tickets will NOT provide tents. You must bring your own. Multiple tents are allowed on each site.
2. Only ONE RV/Travel Trailer on each site.
3. 30 & 50amp Campground tickets are sold in groups of 4-6. Grab some friends and purchase together.
4. Campground Tent Sites can be purchased as single tickets. We'll do our best to pair churches together, but you may have to make new friends.
5. The conference and conference facilities DO NOT permit smoking, drinking, or pornography. You will forfeit your conference ticket without a refund if you are found with any of the above-mentioned items while on the conference property.

Are there minimum age requirements for the event?

Thrive Conference is for women 18 years and older. Young women, 9th grade and older, are welcome to attend the conference but must room with and be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

How early can I arrive on Sept 24th?

Registration opens at 4pm on Sept 24th.

How do I room with specific women from my church?

When purchasing a ticket, please list the names of the women you'd like to room with. We cannot guarantee specific room assignments; however, we'll do our best to pair every request. 30/50 Amp Campground tickets must be purchased as a group, so you'll know who's in your RV.

What if I don't know that many people?

You are not alone! Reach out to the leadership at your church and see if there are other women looking for roommates! We'll do our best to room you with others from your church community. We're confident you'll make some new friends along the way.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plan plenty of time to arrive prior to our first session at 8pm on Thursday. Carpool options are often available and can be coordinated with your roommates or others from your church! Parking and room assignments will be given during registration on the first day of the conference.

What should I bring to the conference?

• Friends - share this website and invite your friends
• Open heart & mind - be ready for God to move in your life like never before
• Bedding, pillow, towel, & toiletries
• Clothes to play games and have fun.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. We will not accept any refunds for any reason after Sept 23, 2026.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a record of your ticket when you check in.

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes, if you are unable to attend and you are gifting your ticket to someone else you are able to transfer the information. Please contact [email protected] so we can update the attendee information.
