Join us on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 6:00–10:00 PM in Downtown Bay City as Center Avenue (Washington to Water) and Saginaw Street (6th to 5th) transform into a Halloween celebration! This event is geared toward adults, with ages 21+ preferred.
